E-mail & CRM Strategy

In my previous position as a digital group marketing manager, one of my main concerns was to ensure that the CRM strategy was as effective as possible and all staff were trained and complied with GDPR rules. The CRM strategy incorporated a  re-structure of the database, targeting specific groups ie, Gender, Age, Location, Categories (Sport, Childrenswear etc) and remove dead e-mail addresses and unsubscribers.

Included in this strategy, all e-mails were re-designed as a responsive template, and videos were introduced. The success was measured via subject line testing, open rates etc.
